    Builder-operator role leading implementation of an AI-enabled education transformation platform from concept through large-scale deployment. Own roadmap, partner coordination, pilots, governance, and team formation.

    Key responsibilities

    • Develop and execute the overall implementation roadmap; translate strategy into measurable delivery plans.
    • Serve as the central coordination point across curriculum, certification, technology, and institutional partners.
    • Establish governance, reporting, risk management, milestone planning, and performance tracking.
    • Partner with the Chief Architect and technology teams on integration of learning content, certifications, teacher tools, analytics, and AI capabilities.
    • Recruit and build the initial operating organization; define roles, accountability, and operating rhythms.

    Ideal candidate

    • 10+ years leading large-scale technology, education, digital transformation, or AI-enabled programs.
    • Experience building and scaling initiatives from concept through deployment (zero-to-one builder).
    • Background in EdTech, learning platforms, AI, digital learning, enterprise transformation, or education modernization.
    • Experience managing complex multi-partner programs with executive, institutional, and government stakeholders.
    • AI-first mindset with practical understanding of modern AI technologies and applications.

    Preferred

    • Based in South Asia or the Middle East, with flexibility to work remotely or relocate within the region.
    • Experience with education ministries, public-sector transformation, or workforce development programs.
    • Arabic language capability; experience scaling regional or national programs.
