    Program Manager – Learning & Teacher Enablement

    We are seeking a Program Manager to help design, launch, and operate a modern teacher enablement and learning innovation program. This role will work closely with curriculum providers, certification partners, technology teams, and school stakeholders to prepare educators for technology-enabled learning environments and future-ready classroom delivery.

    Key responsibilities

    • Design and operationalize teacher onboarding, training, and readiness programs.
    • Lead professional development initiatives and teacher enablement frameworks.
    • Coordinate curriculum implementation and certification readiness activities.
    • Support technology adoption, digital learning practices, and responsible AI usage in education.
    • Develop teacher facilitation models, coaching programs, and readiness assessments.
    • Evaluate and integrate modern learning technologies, AI tools, analytics, and digital platforms.
    • Coordinate pilot deployments, teacher cohorts, training schedules, and school readiness activities.

    Ideal candidate

    • 7+ years in EdTech, teacher training, digital learning, curriculum implementation, or education transformation.
    • Experience managing teacher enablement or professional development programs.
    • Strong understanding of pedagogy, instructional design, and learning technologies.
    • Experience working with external partners and multi-stakeholder initiatives.
    • Familiarity with AI-enabled learning, STEM, coding education, or certification pathways preferred.
    • GCC, Qatar, or Ministry-linked education experience is a plus.

    Preferred

    • Arabic language skills.
    • Experience with LMS, teacher enablement platforms, or digital learning environments.
    • Exposure to immersive learning, simulations, or future-skills programs.
    • AI-first mindset and practical experience using AI tools.
