    Sr. Data Scientist

    Remote

    Lead data science initiatives from problem framing to measurable impact, partnering closely with engineering to ship.

    Key responsibilities

    • Frame business problems into measurable hypotheses and ML/AI approaches.
    • Build experiments, prototypes, and metrics that guide product and model decisions.
    • Create and validate features, baselines, and evaluation criteria.
    • Work with engineering to productionize models and analytics workflows.
    • Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Ideal candidate

    • 5+ years of AI/ML and data science experience with shipped outcomes.
    • Strong statistics and experimentation fundamentals.
    • Strong Python skills; comfortable with common DS/ML libraries.
    • Experience with data modeling and analytics workflows.
    • Ability to operate independently and deliver end-to-end.

    Preferred

    • Experience with causal inference and uplift modeling.
    • Experience with LLM evaluation and human-in-the-loop workflows.
